Mmmmm…

…this was delicious! Our first time of making and won’t be our last I think.

Such a lovely Easter Day.

Early morning service at 7:30am in the Kings Park and then a lovely Family Service at St.Ninians Old.

A relaxing afternoon and then a lovely dinner with the family, for which I am truly grateful.

MrR did the bulk of the cooking but everyone did pitch in…including me who sat at the table with the electric whisk mixing up the topping for this…I may have also whacked a couple of packets of mini eggs with a filled chilly bottle to get the egg pieces that are mixed in with the cheesecake topping. As I said it was delicious…and rich, so there is still a fair bit left for tomorrow.
