Easter Sunday

The day dawned bright but soon descended into grey, but it remained dry.
I spent time trying again to follow Janey's tutorials, but do tend to get lost. I  will persevere. See extra.
Around 2.00 pm the gorgeous granddaughter phoned as she was home alone and asked if we could go out to play - obviously I said yes! We went to Lynmouth where we enjoyed a short walk before heading to the cafe as E had not yet had her lunch.  She enjoyed a large bowl of soup and a peppermint tea. I had tea and a brownie so did get my chocolate fix for the day!
When we got home we brought in my dry washing - yeah - and then I took her home.  The heavens opened and there was a heavy downpour. A lovely afternoon.
