Yawn

The hippos on the lake just before it gets dark sit in the water and yawn to take in oxygen before nightfall.

Having sat in the hide all night with nothing to show on camera we went on a game drive this afternoon. I should have had a nap in hindsight.

Oh my goodness.

I was lying down getting Cape Buffalo shots just outside our vehicle, shot lions which had just been spotted on route to the hippos and monkeys which were going to bed to roost in the trees.

Stunning scenery, stunning animals and stunning safari driver who just couldn't do enough for us on the photography front.

Hanging with tiredness now as haven't had much sleep overall.
