Jacita does the drying

After a full and very busy morning at the Rising Roost restaurant, Jacita the friendly hostess, isn't finished until all the silver is dry and ready for opening on Wednesday. Our favorite waiter, David, was helping but he had left the table for a moment, so I put him in the extra, doing his dance.
