Fresh fish?

The trouble is it's not fresh it's just alive. Depends how long it's been in the tank I suppose but it usually tastes of stagnant mud. And my Hong Kong family doesn't hold back on expense when we're out for dinner so I doubt they order the rubbish fish. Dunno....
