Hearing Loss

Life changed today.  This is a photo of a graph showing my substantial hearing loss at high frequencies.  I knew it was bad.  I had no idea it was this bad. (but my family did). 

I have been putting this off for a long time.  In hindsight, I don't know why.  After undergoing a few different hearing tests and discussing the results with a hearing implement specialist, I left the audiologists office with a demo pair of hearing aids and I can't believe the difference they provide. 

Looking forward to getting my own and having the functionality more personalized and fine tuned.
