Got a lot of smallish tasks that I had been putting off done.

Then I made my mistake – Ikea is less than 4 miles from home and the click and collect marquee is at “the quiet end” of the car park.
So, I ordered a garden bench to collect.
 
Bank holiday Monday traffic and additional problems on the M6 spilling onto side roads made this less than fun.
But the bench is assembled to go out when the rain stops.
 
Meanwhile I paid for cookery lessons for Niki’s Christmas and he loves it – today he was making banana pancakes.
