Ranunculus

A cold wet rainy day today. My brother John and my SiL Alison came for lunch. I cooked some beautiful braising steak from my sister's farm (so tender) and I made lemon meringue tarts for pudding. It was all delicious. John watched the horse racing whilst Alison and I chatted. We did want to go a walk but it was too wet. 
I bought this ranunculus last week but have yet to plant it out. Its upstairs on a chair with quite a few sweet pea plants, I thought it was too cold for them in the conservatory.
