Aaaaaaaaargh!

Twelve of us braved the cold and torrential rain to have a swim in Redbrook this morning. Louise and Adele came for their first wild dip. They didn’t think they could do it, but they did. They dunked then got out and felt amazing. Louise said she wished she had done more but I think she did the right thing. Build it up slowly so that you always want to go back again.

Of course, the sun has come out now…doh!
