Sunset - Blinkbonny Wood

Tucked away at the foot of the Lammermuir Hills in East Lothian lies a great little wood run for forestry and has simple camping plots. It could be described as the wood in The Hunger Games or Rambo, First Blood. Coniferous trees and ferns carpeted the forest floor.
The night was spent eating, drinking and laughing round a fire pit with the wee fella and one of his Uncles. It was a good opportunity to try out the new tent and various bits of camping parafernalia - Loving the new sleeping bag!
