The green stuff

We had wild garlic in our veg box this week which was a bit like ‘taking coals to Newcastle’ given we have lots in our garden. However I try to always make use of everything we get in our veg box so I made some wild garlic pesto with it. I will probably make some more with the leaves from our garden, it’s so easy to make and very tasty (well to me that is, I know there are different views on this!)
