Ginger bug

I’m making ginger beer! Once I get a little further on in the process I will need to burp the bottles every day to prevent explosions- am very excited.

I am loving the calm peaceful days, I’ve been off work forever! I went for another swim in the pool, daisy and I did another jigsaw- 500 pieces, literally took us two hours. Instead of the three days for 1000 piece one. I made roasted carrots and carrot top pesto to go with pasta- was delicious.

And went to the pub with the neighbours. Work tomorrow!!
