Yellow rose of friendship,
Blooms just like the sun.
Full of hopes and dreams,
When a new day has come

What a difference a day makes, a beautiful summer's day yesterday, but today it is mainly overcast despite being very warm. As long as the rain holds off for Wimbledon - go Murray, can he do it?

A yellow rose today in honour of friends, as apparently a yellow rose is a symbol of friendship. I bought these roses for myself as they looked so lovely in the supermarket - does that mean I value my own company? Actually I do, can think of nothing better than a Monday morning when the children are back at school and I have the house to myself. Not for long...end of term end of this week.
