Jonagold Blossom

If I remember, I’ll post a photo of the apple when it’s ready, but that means I’ll have to hold this thought for a few months. We went for a nice walk on the beach this afternoon. I even took my shoes off to play tag with the water. An all around beautiful sunny day—no foolin’!

It’s my mother’s birthday today. She was born in 1909, so she’d be 115. I think it’s time to stop that kind of figuring before it gets even more ridiculous, but I can still say Happy Birthday.
