Slot Zuylen

We were tourists today. We went round to a nearby "castle", which turned out to be more of a manor house than a castle as its defensive walls had been pulled down a long time ago and the draw bridge removed. Its several hundred years old and was well worth the visit. We weren't able to take the pushchair into the castle and had to leave it in the cellar along with our bags. We all took it in turns to carry Little Man as we didn't want him running around and climbing onto things that were on display but had plaques instructing visitors not to touch. We brought our own lunch and ate it in the grounds before getting hot chocolate at a nearby restaurant. We went for a lovely drive, which was when Little Man fell asleep.

My parents dropped me off at Sanne's on route home so I could spend some time with Bo. I fed him and played with him for a bit before heading back to join the family at home.
