Gannel

We went for a lovely walk this morning along the tidal River Gannel that opens out into Crantock Bay. There were kayakers, trainee surfers, dog walkers and joggers, as well as the horses from the local stable being exercised. Luckily we made it back to the Lakeside Cafe for fish 'n chips before it started raining (again).

My brother spotted last night's sunset on a webcam, so here in the extras are two shots from the balcony of the flat where we are staying, one just before, and one just after, sunset yesterday.
