Fat chance, I was lucky the guy was on hand to do it for me at any level...

I hate to waste things but when it is cheaper to buy a new oven than to get an engineer out, diagnose the problem, buy the parts then fix it this is the result. This one and the replacement one are plug in and use types. These plugged type ovens also saves the £110 call out fee to just rewire them. 

Hopefully we will see this again when it becomes a toaster.
