Dogs noses

Oh how I would love to be able to live in their world for a while, and see everything the way they sense it.
Their noses are amazing, they are totally individual and unique to the dog (like our finger prints).
When they inhale most of the air goes to their lungs but some of it is directed into the olfactory recess.
This sensory chamber has half a billion sensory cells in it (15 times more than we have). When they breathe out it goes out through the slits at the side so they are always inhaling fresh scent.
They can detect molecules of scent and can decipher the direction of travel.
