"Nada" has been leading sake brewing more than 300 years and there are major breweries. Fukuju is a small brewery in Mikage, Nada, and they are one of the few small breweries successfully recovered from earthquake disaster in 1995. In this factory store, they sells non-heated fresh sake and the "sake list" is changed every month. Not only sake sales, they handle high quality groceries and sweets. My son hasn't been there for many years, but when he looked at the gate, he remembered their tasty black beans sweets.
