My new running group

Been a reasonably quiet work day.
Took part in a public speaking masterclass.
I hate public speaking so any help I can get ill take.
This morning we had to cut our walk short as we got soaking wet so it is just as well it is running night with mt new running group.
I felt really good today and felt I ran well.
