Wild Leek

After a weekend of sunshine, the weather has decided that is enough and it's back to grey conditions. Rain forecast for most of the day. It is a bank holiday after all. I manage to get out in the morning before the wet weather arrives. Not a day for extensive views. The wild leek is positively thriving in the damp conditions. The ran starts just as I near home, and becomes heavy quite quickly. I spend my time backing up images from the old laptop to the NAS drive.

Rain continues over lunchtime, quite heavy at time. It does go off mid afternoon, so partner and I go for an afternoon walk. The rain does return just after the midway point, but it is light. Not a bad walk, but in the dull conditions I have my blip photo, so don't take any other photos. We hadn't been home long when the heavy rain returns. So good job I am not planning to go out again. Time for afternoon coffee.
