The shelf elf has been around

I phoned Christophe. He was still available. He called around. The shelves are up.

It's that easy.

Less than half the price of poxy IKEA shelves, with their big blue and yellow warning stickers (BEWARE - May contain traces of wood).

And the sitting room will smell of freshly cut wood for another few days.

Now to sort what will make it onto the shelves... (Mrs Raheny isn't overly keen on the plaster bust of John Lennon but some things in life are non negotiable).
