Just a silly old woman

That’s certainly true sometimes:) When he was about 6 L had a fluffy toy pet squirrel. He turned a shoebox into a home for it, and stuck on the inside things he thought it might like to eat, and things he liked on the outside. Somehow by putting it in my journal here, I’m able to tear it up and put it in the cardboard recycling. It makes me heart ache to remember him then, yet also they are happy memories. 
We also tackled the left behind t shirt mountain - these have been in a drawer here for several years. I sent photos one by one, and he messaged back whether he wanted to keep it or not. My extra shows the result of this process:-) from the left:- the pile he still wants, one for me to keep (a babies size Arsenal shirt) and a little pile for the hospice shop. He has a bit of a weakness for t shirts. Also in this picture are (mostly) Portia’s various food supplements and medicines- she is a very pampered old lady.
