Can you spot the bird?

This bird comes everyday with her/his friend to our garden and around 1:30 pm. They then sit on the bird table, have some fun amongst the shrubs and then go back home at around 4 pm. So we make sure that by 12 noon or so, there is enough food for them on the table. When ever I observe them, I think about how having some routine or consistency/discipline in our lives is so important. I found this quote to illustrate my point:
