20 minutes for a lady in a red jacket to come along and then 3 appear within 5 mins

Rainy night last night and into this morning but forecast said skies to clear at 11am. I went down for a swim then but sea too choppy and no one on the beach. I brought a flask and sat and enjoyed the fresh brisk breeze and blue skies. Lots of people out walking. It was very pleasant
