Monday: How To Tell Hard-Boiled Egg From Uncooked

All this stuff about spinning an egg to see whether it is boiled or not is just nonsense - all you have to do is see what it says!  

K. has gone to the UK for ten days and is worried that I will starve.  She always makes sure that I have a freezer and fridge full of food.  Today I came home to find that she had done me some eggs too and was leaving nothing to chance.....

Off to have roast dinner leftovers now!
