Back to work today, it felt very unfair! It wasn't too bad though, fairly quiet and the weather was nice again so walked to tesco at lunch with my colleague, Katherine. 
After work the weather turned but I had a run planned and I don't want to keep using the weather as an excuse not to run so went out anyway. I ran along the canal where the Canals & River Trust have been doing a lot of work. They seem to be doing an excellent job.
