Daffodil

this is the result of daffodil flowers being used to dye some silk. The white is just to prove it has changed colour!  It is not the beautiful primrose colour I had hoped for but passes for a light gold.. lovely!!!  
Managed to get a loose shoe on in order to get to my blood test this morning and finally managed to speak to someone re follow on treatment. i will have to wait till the results come through to see a dr apparently so for now a low fat mediterranean style diet with no red meat or shellfish is my way forward.. plus no alcohol.. or fizzy drinks,
Ice packs, ibuleve gel rubbed on and paracetamol for pain relief if needed. 
Youngest daughter sent us a video of her drive today.. along what looks like a busy highway.. a huge elephant crossed the road in front of them and then also they saw a leopard on a tree and her photo was taken through binocular lens.. clear as day.. amazing!
