Anticipation

Not the best photo but the only one I took today. He seemed purposeful in sending me some cheer. The male goldfinches are noticeably brighter lately, getting their yellow on. By May they’ll be as bold and bright as lemons • Feeders are full and the buffet table set for the dear deer. Apples and carrots. Hopefully they’ll stop by since I haven’t fed them in a few days. With heavy snow forecasted some extra food seemed necessary • A busy day doing a little of this and a little of that both inside and outside. It’s likely tomorrow will involve a puzzle and soup making, plus shoveling • Peace & Love
