Give this a Wide Berth

Another visit to Greenham Common and the disused air base. Although the notice on the fence gives a warning, it would be wise to give this big one a wide berth.

I confess that I lacked the time and patience to wait for a bird to perch on the rope, on a very blustery day.

Volunteers in the control  tower cafe served an excellent latte and a slice of zucchini and lime cake.
