Telegraph Road . . . Dire Straits

Jen is back home after time in the North Island so our walking and talking resumed.  It was showery so we retreated to a cafe and when it cleared we walked a big suburban block of new homes.  We like the uniform look of the houses but we don't want to live there.  I drive up this road a lot and have never noticed the retaining wall on the left side.  You really do notice more when you walk.
