Commando Boy!

THe day couldn't decide what to do...be hot and sunny or rain, so we decided to go somewhere it didn't really matter. A visit to Twin Lakes, a sort of Alton Towers for the under 10's. Apart from the usual rides etc, there was an assault course, it was a close run thing between K & J who came first, but I do think K won. There was a considerable amount of sledging going on as well!!!

Stopped on the way home at a farm stall to pick up veggies for dinner (one of the Trout from Wed), J decided he wanted to try asparagus. I couldn't complaint, he ate Trout, New Pots, Asparagus, Broccoli and proper carrots. Being veg from the farm, it all still had dirt on, so it tasted better! Shows what being a commando does for the appetite
