Huge hedge

This enormous hedge got so big that it was restricting part of the footpath for pedestrians. The photo only shows about a third of the hedgr. It extends a long way into the distance around the corner. I watched the owner solve the problem by cutting out a neat portion of the lower growth. It took him the best part of a whole day to complete the task.
