Three Pillars

Here is what the wee plaque said:
These pillars were rescued from the garden of Argyle House, Hope Lane off Portobello High Street. They are made of press-moulded blocks of Coade Stone, a process invented by Eleanor Coade (1773-1821). The designs on the smaller pillars are identical to those on the chimneys of Dalmeny House, South Queensferry.
It had a little more but that's the interesting bit.
The flowering yucca also smelled quite nice.
