All the fun of the …

well actually it’s not the fair, though there is one currently in Victoria Park in Bath, this is just a carousel which is part of the play area in the park.
The girls were the only ones on it but the rest of the play area was very busy which meant queueing to get on some things.

We hadn’t been there long when Eda’s friend and neighbour Madeleine arrived with her mum, we had spoken to them as we were leaving. The morning, which had originally been wet turned fine and sunny but it wasn’t long before the showers were back. Some heavy.
We went to the cafe for coffee and milk shakes for the girls before returning home via Larkhall. Eda went off in the car with Madeleine which allowed Jude a look in the magic shop. She had to be dissuaded from a unicorn cushion which Grace refused to have in the house but we did get her a unicorn fluffy  hair band! Unusually I got something for myself, some summer flowery slip on pumps, almost unworn. 

Having a chilled afternoon as Grace will soon be off for the first night of her review show ‘Showtopia’. We’ll be seeing it on Saturday night.
