Sparrow Bath…

… On the way into Pilates today (in the car) I was just turning in, when I spotted this delightful sight. It’s a quiet little lane and I had the phone to hand, so it was just a quick one through the windscreen.
My second ever Pilates, and it was enjoyable. (You’re meant to go out for coffee and cake afterwards? Asking for a friend).

On my drive home (it’s an hour away) the mist came down and I thought how like November it felt..
Still.. Next week I expect we shall be having a heatwave.

If I’m going to keep going I suppose I’ll have to invest in the ‘proper’ clothing for Pilates.
I do have old ‘gym bunny’ stuff but none of the others seemed to be wearing bell bottoms or even shoulder pads :-)
