I first noticed the Brimstone butterfly on a Grape Hyacinth which was a lovely contrast of colours, but by the time I had grabbed the camera he had flown down onto the Field Maple hedge, and soon took off from there so only one photo taken.
We saw our first Swallow this morning, well, I have to give credit to Luna for seeing it first as she stopped on our walk and looked heavenwards so I followed her gaze and saw a single Swallow quite high up.
