The swans are nesting!

After their failure to nest successfully last year it is good news that the swans on the moat are having another try, this time with their nest in a (hopefully) safer spot.  There's at least one egg laid so far (so I've been told)  but she didn't let me see today. I don't blame her as the weather is very blustery.

The coots are nesting too, they'll be blipped soon.
