N doing London Landmarks Half Marathon for said Charity.
Our neighbour doing 250th Parkrun tomorrow So we made her a  balloon.
Popped over to see my daughter  we had lunch out.. So nice saying that.. She looks washed out completely..  Shw is going to stay with her brother tonight they are off to Wembley to see the Lioness v Sweden..
We are staying in London tomorrow... ready for Sunday... He has vip ticket/tent our neighbour works  in running events and This was a free   entry for N..  I declined..
Another lady in the quiz group asked if i would run with her this morning..which i did coffee in between.. Amazing how connections are just happening...
