First Nasturtium

It may have been another t-shirt & shorts day, but I was inside.

The good news is that the friend from church who got sick was back home yesterday afternoon. It was only low blood pressure. Of course he had low blood pressure. His heart stopped beating for a while. (I won't go there.) He and his daughter now have the unpleasant task of looking for long term care for his wife. Thinking of them.

We had the left over veggies from yesterday's braai for tea with pasta.
