The warmest day of 2024 so far.

I spent time with Tim today. He gifted me the chipper machine, the tin bath he was bathed in as a baby and a few other items.

His house is sold without going on the market and he got the asking price. Credit to me because I vaguely knew someone looking for a house in the area so I told them about Tim's and before it actually went on the market. I also told them the estate agent and how much he wanted. 

This evening we saw Matt's band support the magnificent Ben Poole.
