The Old Shipyard

This is also a part of the NDSM terrain. In this building the play, in which I am a volunteer, starts.

In the past very large ships were built here. That's why the building is so tall.
The workers were building on different levels on the ships. Lots of welding, carpeting, etc. Sometimes that did go wrong. So the workers on the higher levels were able to flee by using theses escape ladders.

But now it is used for all kind of cultural events.
