A day out.
After a quick cuppa, I completed a 45 minute spin on my stationary bicycle.(Road bike on turbo trainer for those who are educated in the field) absolutely no issues whatsoever. 5 minutes finding out how everything was feeling and then some easy gear cadence work between 85 and 100 rpm. A very slight sweat was involved:)
The volunteer driver who normally collects Auntie for her day at Heron’s Lodge (main phot) didn’t turn up so I had to perform a rapid wash and change before getting auntie an Logan into the car and deliver her to said Lodge.
My efforts were rewarded with a warm beverage and one and a half ginger biscuits, the other half was breathed in by a certain Whippet;)
A stroll around The park in Bideford in gorgeous sunshine before back home for a few chores.
Most of the afternoon was taken up enjoying a visit to the cinema with L and her two youngsters. Disneys Migration is a clever animation adventure:)
A shopping trolley dash will hopefully prevent anyone here from starving for a few days.
Zzzzzzzz.
