WHAT A LOVELY SURPRISE!

Hello Lovely Blippers,

We decided to go out into the garden this morning to have a look and see if Hoggy was around, because as Mrs. HCB said yesterday, she could hear some huffing, puffing, snorting and snuffling in the wood pile.  

As we stood and watched, we could see some of the dead leaves moving so we quickly jumped up onto the pile - just in time to see Hoggy appearing.  Of course, we all clapped madly and shouted, “Come on, Hoggy, Come on, Hoggy!”  

We didn’t have to wait too long before we saw Hoggy’s snout poking out through the leaves but that wasn’t all!

To our surprise, just above Hoggy, we saw a second little snout poking out and when we looked more closely, we could see that it was a another little hedgehog - obviously they had “bedded down” together and were now coming back to life.  This one was called Spikey so we were thrilled to see not just one but two hedgehogs.  How exciting is that for a Silly Saturday morning?

We know that Admirer would be thrilled to know there are now two hedgehogs and it would make her giggle.

You all know that we will make both Hoggy and Spikey very welcome and Mrs. HCB has kindly put a close-up shot of them both in as an extra so that you can see how cute Spikey is.  

She reminded us that we need to remember to BE KIND - and not only us, but all of you too - because that’s what will help to make this world a better place.
