Costa Rica Day 4 - Tortugero to La Fortuna

We left the lodge in the morning retracing the 1.5 hour trip back up the river through the jungle and canals.  We met our driver while we are here, Estarlin.  A nice chap and a safe driver.  It was a 5 hour trip to La Fortuna.  Shortly after leaving Carro Blanco (I need to check this note to self) we ran across these chaps on horseback.  Our guide told us they were hurdling the cattle.  Looks were exchanged.  His English really is impeccable but this did cause us to exchange some looks.

I now have wifi and blip service at least posting will resume for the next couple of days.

Tonight we went to a spa and soaked in the hot springs.  I have to say the temp is lovely here but we have had some rain tonight.  Tomorrow will be some exploring of the town.
