Sunday Sundae

It was great to be back in our home church in Newbury, worshipping amongst our friends. After the morning service, we headed to a lovely pub with the friends we were staying with. After a lovely Roast we headed into the desert section of the menu for a pot of chocolate (on the left) and a Sunday Sundae (on the right)!

We finally had the chance in the afternoon to catch up with the new minister at our home church and enjoyed a stack of sun in the back garden of the manse. Then it was off back to church for the evening service, where I preached from Romans 5:1-5.

After the evening service, we headed to a pub to grab a drink and catch up with more folks over a jug of Pimms. How British!
