Dazzling sunshine 
greeted me all along my
journey this morning

I was up in the dark, had a snack, then rolled back into bed for more sleep. At 7:30 the bright light shining into my bedroom woke me up. I was soon out the door and off to Rose Hill. 

This is my favourite drive just out of the city. It takes me up and over Rose Hill through ranchlands, then down into the east end of the city with overlooks to my mountains and the downtown. It is paved at either end, but gravel (and some mud) in the middle by the summit. It was a fabulous, sunny drive this morning. I took my coffee and breakfast with me to enjoy along the way. 

I'm home today with some jobs to do.
