Like most Sundays after I have been on one of my Big Days Out, I was short of energy today. 

That is fine. It forces me to have a quiet Sunday, and when I do that I usually enjoy it. I did today. 

My highlight was the dinner I made - harengs marinés pommes à l'huile. I had found a recipe. I associate herring with Scandinavian and Baltic State menus, or the herring on a bread roll which is one of the highlights of the arena catering at ERC Ingolstadt. 

I did not expect a French recipe to catch my eye. Anyway, it was delicious so I am glad it did. It got Blipped. 

I have some left for tomorrow.
