A sure sign

Autumn is definitely on its way. The air is cooler but thankfully the predicted warnings of a major storm did not materialise.

I had planned a peaceful morning but finding my back and neck in a spasm, I elected for a massage to try and release it.

Thankfully that worked too.

Our outing for a late lunch at a local Mozambican restaurant was a great way to finish a Sunday.
