Sky waiting expectantly

Got up at 6.45 this morning thinking it was 7.45 and didn’t go back to bed as I didn’t want sky to get the idea of having a cuddle on the bed! We went down to the garden for him to have a wee and a poo if he needed them! Then got him breakfast which he refused to eat because there was no sardine to put on it! So I had my breakfast whilst doing the puzzles in the I paper. And completing waffle, wordle and quintessential!

We left the house at 9.30 to walk down to the William Yard for the monthly food fest! I always buy honey, made locally, anc Cornish Gouda with cumin seeds! Sky was given a couple of small pieces and I was giving him treats as had had no breakfast! Not a good move! We walked round and over the steps to devils point where I took him off the lead! I had a ball which I threw for him a couple of times and which he brought back and then he decided to go to the beach where there was a child and her parents! He lost the ball there and wouldn’t come back but eventually I just begin to walk away and he followed me having first been given some food by the small family! I did put him on the lead then and we began the journey home! Took the bus for a short distance but he was clearly uncomfortable so we got off! Arrived home at 1345 having done 16,000 steps!

Did not go to church this morning but had to go this evening as I was helping with coffee after the service. Not as many as usual this evening as it is the middle of Easter break so lots of people away.

When I got back Sky was with Stuart and happy resting but he brought a ball up and wanted to play and he also needed food which he ate happily, no fish!

Need to go to bed early tonight!
